Negative Split Productions uses the latest RFID and software technology from RM Timing Systems, TridentRFID, and ATLAS Live Tracking to ensure accurate and fast results for your endurance event. We mostly operate in the greater Houston area but time races all over the country. It doesn’t matter what type of event whether it’s a road race, cross country meet, long-distance relay, triathlon, swimming event, etc. we have the tools and technology to provide on-time and accurate results every time.

Timing Services start at just $300!

Whether you have a large or small event, we always provide professional timing services that can meet any race budget with live on-site race timing or remote timing services.

All events we time will include:

• Pre-event communication to ensure we have all the details before your event because we know you are busy on race morning.
• Complete database management. We can import directly from most of the common registration providers.
• Chipped race bibs for increased accuracy and read rates while keeping race morning streamlined
• Camera backup at the finish line because no cost-effective chip timing solution has 100% read rates.
• Event-specific webpage for displaying all event results with filters and search functions for participants to find their results. Check out some of our PAST RESULTS.
• Signage onsite to direct runners where to find their results.
• Live results posting for every athlete as they cross the finish line (subject to cellular service availability at the race site).
• Awards reports, as needed, based on your event schedule and custom-tailored to your unique event.
• Dedicated email address to provide participants with any timing/results inquiries.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We are Race Directors too so we understand that timing & results is just a small piece of everything going on during race day. We offer a wide array of additional services to make your race day easier and help you grow your bottom line.

• Registration Setup ($0) – We will help you setup your registration on RunSignup and provide personal, one-on-one support to get you started using the platform.
• Race Number (Bib) Design (starting at $250) – Create a unique race bib that participants will love. Our professional designers can make a keepsake any runner would be proud to display after the race.
• Race Packet Shipping (starting at $6 per package) – If you would like to offer race packet shipping to your participants we can provide the shipping & fulfillment services. Pricing is based on the weight of the packets. Other partners have used this service as a convenience for their participants and additional revenue by offering this as a paid add-on to race registration.
• Age Group & Overall Awards (starting at $7 per award) – Check out the AWARDS & DISPLAYS page for additional details. All our awards are manufactured in the Houston area!
• Race Items & MORE! – Need shirts, race medals, face masks, challenge coins, hats, socks, or virtually any type of promotional items you can think of? We’ve got manufactures for anything you need so just ask.
